I like the navigation. It is easy to search for clauses or schedules on Affinitext. The search bar is easy to use and filters through the Contract well. Furthermore the way the Contract is split up with two points of navigation either on the side or in the centre is very beneficial. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

There needs to be more work done on the tasking of clauses and understanding for each Contract what is relevant and what is not. With the tasks created i have found that a few of them were not relevant to us as a company. We had too many client tasks that were assigned to us and we then had to manage them. Yes, there is a collaborative element where we and the client can share tasks, however i believe it would have been more effective if the Client were assigned their own tasks and then they could choose whether to share them with us or not. Affinitext allows us to access documents and contracts from anywhere using any IT system. This is especially important for us as a multi organisation partnership - with several different IT systems (e.g Google, Microsoft) that make sharing and accessing documents difficult. The ability to access our documents anywhere has been very helpful whilst all staff are working from home. The support team at Affinitext are always very quick to respond to our requests - for example, setting up a new user often within an hour of receiving the request.
