Affinisio(RPT) is software for managing, approving and reporting related party transactions. It keeps a central register of related parties, with each relationship tracked at a point in time, and maps reciprocal relationships and group ownership hierarchies across legal entities, including directors, promoters, key managerial personnel and their relatives. Integrated with ERP and accounting systems (SAP, SAP HANA, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Tally, with two-way sync) and, for banks and NBFCs, with core banking and loan management systems such as Finacle, BaNCS, Flexcube, FinnOne Neo and Lentra, it identifies related party transactions and routes them for approval, for example to the Audit Committee. The primary system can be configured to hold a transaction until approval is confirmed by Affinisio(RPT). Affinisio(RPT) also tracks use against omnibus approvals and flags when limits near, applies materiality thresholds and records arm's-length assessments. Reports run by related party, transaction type or period, including the statutory forms MBP-1, MBP-4 and AOC-2 and Ind AS 24 disclosures. Regulations covered include Regulation 23 of SEBI LODR, Sections 188 and 189 of the Companies Act, 2013, Ind AS 24 and the RBI's directions on lending to related parties. Affinisio(RPT) is deployed on the organisation's own premises or in its own private cloud.
