The Affinisio PIT Suite is compliance automation software for the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015. It brings together three connected modules designed in line with regulatory requirements: Affinisio(IDD), which maintains the database of designated persons, their immediate relatives and material financial relationships; Affinisio(SDD), a structured digital database certified for regulatory compliance that records each sharing of unpublished price sensitive information (UPSI), with its senders, recipients, time stamps and audit trails; and Affinisio(ETT), which handles employee trade pre-clearance, trade monitoring, holdings tracking and exception reporting. The suite comes in variants for listed entities (CLE and PLE Series), for intermediaries and fiduciaries such as merchant bankers, investment advisers, portfolio managers, research firms, credit rating agencies, alternative investment funds, law firms and audit firms (CIN and PIN Series), and for mutual funds and listed intermediaries (PRO Series). It is deployed on the organisation's own premises or in its own private cloud, so the data stays with the organisation, and it is used through web, desktop and mobile. Integrations include SSO, LDAP, Graph API and MFA; the organisation's own mail servers; HRMS; NSDL and CDSL holdings through an RBI-regulated Account Aggregator with OTP-based consent; registrar BENPOS data; and trading systems such as Bloomberg and order management systems.
