What do you like best about Affinda Resume Parser?

The service, without a doubt. We’re a large organisation with thousands of employees. I was chosen to manage this project despite having no technical background. I spoke to four of the different companies, trialed their tools, etc. In the end Affinda came out the winner because of responsiveness, flexibility, so when it came time to present the options to the Ops Manager, it was an easy choice. What problems is Affinda Resume Parser solving and how is that benefiting you?

Resume parsing is a cost centre in our business. The goal of resume parsing is to replace the human cost of manually extracting resumes and compiling that data into our internal CRM. We have a back office team in the Philippines that supports us in this. By using Affinda we have been able to redistribute 8 (of 10) team members from the recruitment team into other teams Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

We've had a chance as an organization to try some of the other parsers out there, and this API based integration return reliable results for every format we sent at them.
