This platform has significantly simplified our process more simple on how we manage compliance documentation, supplier records and other secure file sharing. Before this, maintaining audit trails and ensuring document authenticity required multiple manual processes; with this platform, we were able to achieve centralised document management and secure external collaboration as well. This made our digital traceability for certification compliance preparation very much easier and gives better visibility across our operational workflows as well. After every remote coaching session, I have to manually export participant lists and session notes from our video platform, then upload them into matching Aeroplicity cohort folders one by one. There is no automatic sync to pull client or trainee records from our CRM, so I re-upload updated contact and training files weekly, a repetitive task that eats up hours each month. Second, its file preview functionality lacks support for common training formats. Large coaching video recordings, interactive PDF exercise packs and slide decks often fail to load previews directly in the browser. Trainers must fully download every file just to review content, slowing down preparation for live coaching workshops. There is also no built-in annotation tool for feedback on legal drafts or training worksheets; staff have to download, edit locally and re-upload revised versions repeatedly.
