Even though there have been occasional issues with speed, the support team is very easy to work with, and I understand the thoroughness required in investigations. It's been very reliable; the service is exceptionally solid. **What do you dislike about Aeropay?** Their internal dashboards for payments are pretty bad. We don't really use it that much, but during development, it would have been nice to have more insight into what's going on. Also, their documentation requires you to be logged in, which makes it hard for AI bots to access it. I wouldn't mind if that could be changed. The initial setup was moderately difficult, and the verification certification process could have been handled a little better, though a lot of the difficulty was due to our own internal issues. **What problems is Aeropay solving and how is that benefiting you?** I find Aeropay makes it easy to interact with our users' bank accounts, which has been very positive. I especially appreciate the speed, as traders have been very vocal on social media about how quickly RTP works. It's also been remarkably stable with no issues. **What do you dislike about Aeropay?** The setup was difficult, and we initially set up with the V1 API, which means we now have to migrate to V2. Although the Aeropay API itself was fairly straightforward, there was a lot of work needed on our internal systems to automate the finance processes, which made it harder. **What problems is Aeropay solving and how is that benefiting you?** Aeropay provides a secure and fast payment process for payouts, and its rapid processing speed has positively impacted our traders. ### 5. The whole team at Dabble has noted how easy Aeropay has been through the whole onboarding and integration phase. The product itself has been very reliable and recieved extremely positively by customers as well as filled an administrative burdon for us from a resourcing stand point. **What do you dislike about Aeropay?** The reporting is still in its early days and is some what limited. However any special reporting I have needed the team have prepared for me right away on an Ad Hoc basis. **What problems is Aeropay solving and how is that benefiting you?** They have offered on the inbound payment front an alternative to card payments. We were previously just using Visa & Mastercard but now can offer more options. The real value has been in the withdrawal product where we were previously using an ACH generated manual solution which was not only time consuming but slow to process. Being able to offer instant pay outs is a game changer for our customers ### 7.
