The customer downloads and installs AeroAdmin onto their computer, then we exchange info and connect. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What do you dislike about AeroAdmin? The customer must be savvy enough to download and install AeroAdmin. Of course, this is not a major dislike. As of 7/30/2018, we no longer use AeroAdmin. We had been using AeroAdmin in conjunction with Pulseway for Remote Desktop and Support. However, AeroAdmin triggered too many antivirus alerts for our customers. This forced us to abandon it and use Pulseway exclusively. As of 7/30/2018, we also do not use Pulseway anymore, but not because on antivirus concerns. Recommendations to others considering AeroAdmin: AeroAdmin is free and reliable for a very small business like mine. You want to use an up to date computer with plenty of memory to get the most from it. You want to have an Intel i3 processor or better in your computer. Best used over Ethernet connection.
