What I appreciate most about Aeris IoT Connectivity Management (other than our fantastic account manager Donnail Ezzell) is the centralized control it gives over every connected device. Being able to see usage, status, and carrier information in one place makes day to day management far more efficient and eliminates the need to move between multiple carrier systems. The ability to activate, suspend, and troubleshoot SIMs directly from a single dashboard significantly reduces response time and minimizes downtime. In addition, the built in security controls add another layer of confidence. The platform makes it straightforward to restrict which IP addresses and web services a SIM can access, helping to lock down devices and reduce exposure to unauthorized traffic. Their portal needs the entire ICCID to search instead of doing a "smart search" for digits in the search field that are included in ICCIDs. What we like most about Aeris Communications IoT Connectivity Management is the visibility and control it provides across our global device deployments as well as the support from all employees we have had the pleasure of interacting with. Since our devices rely on SIM cards in the field, having a centralized platform to monitor usage, activate or suspend SIMs, set data limits, and troubleshoot connectivity issues in real time is extremely valuable. It helps reduce downtime, enables us to manage costs more proactively, and lets us resolve issues quickly without needing physical access to the devices. We also value the platform’s scalability. As we roll out additional devices, we can onboard new SIMs easily and manage everything within the same system. I like that Aeris IoT Connectivity Management makes onboarding easy. Our customers, which include Mobile Network Operators and MNOs, appreciate that there's no need for a wired connection or a Wi-Fi network to connect to. The support from Daniel Lourie and Erik Lindstrom is great; they are both highly responsive and knowledgeable, which really simplifies the onboarding process. I've also found the support channel to be quick to respond, which was nice. Additionally, the initial setup with Aeris IoT Connectivity Management was very simple.
