AEDIS is construction management software that works through WhatsApp, built for small construction companies (2 to 20 people). The owner or site foreman sends a voice note or a photo on WhatsApp. AEDIS prepares the draft: daily site report, hours per worker, delivery notes (DDT) with materials and prices, extra work orders. The owner checks and confirms with one tap, and nothing is saved without confirmation. Hours, materials and expenses go straight to the right job site, so the owner sees costs and margin while the work is still in progress. Every morning AEDIS sends one WhatsApp message with the day's deadlines (DURC, medical checks, training, vehicle inspections) and payments due. At the end of the month the monthly timesheet is ready, and the accountant gets a dedicated link to see hours, invoices and bank movements, with no account needed. Workers do not need to install any app. Data is hosted in Germany (EU). Made in Italy by ADAMI Digital.
