Updated - its been months since the platform hasn't worked and all the users had been unable to use the platform due to bugs and the fact that the ADYOUNEED team decided to close off their platform and rebuild it from scratch. That was about 6 months ago and now version 2 is supposed to be out but I have not yet been able to use it.

At this point in time, I would not recommend anyone in using ADYOUNEED for their business. Look elsewhere for alternatives in the market. This is NOT the ad you need.

I love the ease of use of this tool. I am trying to grow my business through social media advertising and I found this to be an excellent tool.

I love that I can create ads myself, and that I can manage all of my ad campaigns from one place. I am able to create an ad campaign and add my product or service to Facebook, Instagram, and Google in a matter of minutes. The tool is easy to use and the automation process is a great feature. I am able to see exactly where my ads are being shown. This is an affordable and effective ad platform that is a must-have for any business.

What needs improvement for this tool is to be able to match other similar tools that are more advanced in terms of features and capabilities. RIght now, the target market for AdYouNeed is the beginner to intermediate marketers which is the category I fall in right now but of course in due time, I'll learn and may outgrow this tool. I am looking forward to more updates for this in terms of more platform I can use to manage my ads. As of now, the only available platforms are Facebook, Instagram and Google. The founders took our money and keep promising us month after month for over 6 months now to deliver the working software but they have just delivered all their software users 2 days ago with no campaign creation functionality which means it looks like it is in a prototype stage and development and not ready for production and that's not what we paid for as a lifetime deal from AppSumo, if this was the deal I and others buyer could never buy this crappy software from those founders. I bought it because I wanted a centralized, AI-powered solution to create campaigns on FB, Instagram, Google, and the promise of Linkedin. I was never able to use the program despite a very simple interface, as it was always giving errors. Advertising on LinkedIn never worked, although I waited months and months for support requests, believing that one day I would finally be able to use the tool. Suddenly, everything stopped and even the access to the system said that a v2 would be available on June 1st of this year, but after many months it didn't happen. I sent messages to support and to the CEO by email and the only thing I received was an advertising email asking me to be part of a publicity campaign for the new version, which by the way would be beta and with no scheduled date. The product stopped working after a few months without any prior notice, and according to CEO Tufan Gok had to be completely rebuilt. So they discontinued the service completely and started developing version 2.0 beta, which was "almost here" according to Tufans email on 22nd March 2022. Then they switched to the original platform without any replacement and announced the launch of 2.0 in Jun 2022. Then they moved the release to Jul 2022. Then nothing happened again. In Aug 2022 it still is not working, and the company remains silent except for completely useless rants about how is difficult to develop this product. After purchasing a "lifetime" subscription, suddenly this app is dead. Can't log in, no response to emails but they're happy to email me about the new version that they're pushing. However, there is no way would I purchase from them again. Who knows how long it will run before they shut it down? They're just after a quick dollar from what I can tell. Customer service is zip. No morals. I only found out why it wasn't working from comments on their facebook page. This company does not care about their customers, they're only out to make money. If you need to manage ads for yourself or clients, it's super important to be organized. It's crazy all the back and forth between ads managers. With Adyouneed, it's super easy. Now, ADYOUNEED is dead. When you log in, it's all "internal server errors" and "contact support." Any function creates this error message. When I contacted support, all I got was a vague, "we know there's a problem," without any follow-up, date as it's expected to be fixed, nothing. A week later, it's still down. Appears to be abandoned by the creators and developers. Probably just an AppSumo money grab. Stay away from their other product, AdCreative, as it could be headed for the same fate.
