We mostly use Adyen daily to receive payments and handle refunds as its our primary payment provider. You can monitor refund progress, track payments, and even help customers with ARN numbers. I like that I don’t need to switch between tools. I also like how it supports fraud checks during payments. Overall, it just makes the whole payment side of things easier—for us and for the customer.
