**What do you like best about Advocacy Maven?**

I appreciate how Advocacy Maven effectively manages communications and engagement strategies across platforms like Slack, LinkedIn, and Influitive. They're very knowledgeable about the tools in the advocacy space, which really helps in connecting with our advocates. I really like their ability to recruit new champions and keep them engaged through their innovative approaches, like trivia games and competitions, which they developed to engage our members. They have been great at content creation and finding new ways to remix content and serve it to a specific audience - particularly our Dropbox Champions. Their content creation and moderation services are excellent.

**What do you dislike about Advocacy Maven?**

I would love to see more comparative benchmarking of my company against how other companies are performing/what I could be doing.

**What problems is Advocacy Maven solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Advocacy Maven managed our communication strategies on Slack, LinkedIn, and Influitive. They helped recruit and engage Champions, created content, and configured platform settings. Their innovative approaches, like trivia games and competitions, enriched advocate engagement.

**What do you like best about Advocacy Maven?**

I use Advocacy Maven for data analysis of my advocacy program, which helps in strategic decision-making. I was impressed with the integration of functionalities that we wanted to achieve for our advocacy program. The support we receive, especially from Doina Negrila, is excellent. She provides custom reports, is attentive, and always offers solutions with our data analysis tools. This support is crucial in understanding our business through detailed reports, making sure we stay updated with integrations, and helps us in strategic decision-making. Doina's willingness to always provide solutions stands out to me, and her efforts enable us to understand aspects like the number of people in our system, challenges completed, and milestones achieved. Her support and contributions make me value the service highly, and I believe she is a key person in the company.

I think there are some improvements in the platform's data, but to be honest, I don't know if that is your responsibility. Just so that I can have more understanding of the challenges that we have, how many are completed, and the total amount of points received, and to whom.

What I like best about Advocacy Maven is the level of partnership and responsiveness they bring to the table. Even during a challenging transition period, they made space for open dialogue, took concerns seriously, and worked collaboratively to maintain consistency within our community. Having a dedicated point of contact who is proactive, thoughtful, and truly invested in our success has made a meaningful difference.

There wasn't anything I disliked about Advocacy Maven.

Despite the challenging circumstances surrounding Influitive being sold, my overall experience has been a positive one. The transition period was admittedly rough, with limited communication and some uncertainty along the way. However, once Advocacy Maven stepped in as our main point of contact, things quickly began to stabilize.

I truly appreciated being able to openly flag my concerns and have thoughtful, constructive conversations about the future of our community. My representative, Doina Negrila, has been especially supportive throughout this process. She has taken the time to understand our goals, address questions thoroughly, and work collaboratively to ensure our community experience remained consistent and aligned with our expectations.

While the transition had its challenges, the level of care, responsiveness, and partnership from Advocacy Maven—particularly Doina—has made a meaningful difference.

What I like best about Advocacy Maven is that they are always very well prepared and knowledgeable. They work with professionals, are highly responsive,  even when needs change, and consistently proactive in suggesting innovative approaches. They stay up to date with what’s new on the market, which makes their input both relevant and forward-looking.

Nothing comes to mind at the moment... which probably means it's not important enough to be remembered :)

This is one of those agencies where you can tell they put genuine passion into what they do. They care about the output just as much as their customers do, and they won’t deliver anything they’re not proud of themselves.

When working on articles, the moment I hand in the briefing and facilitate the connection with the relevant stakeholders, I know I can count on them to take the lead: they can schedule and conduct the interview, ask all the relevant questions, and draft a high-quality article from the very beginning. They also manage the feedback loops and can deliver the final article without the need for me to interfere.

We worked with Advocacy Maven in a CSM capacity for Influitive. There are a lot of nuances to Influitive that might not always be intuitive, and our contact at Advocacy Maven, Simona Herta, always had best practices to share as well as a deep understanding of how the platform works. Also, Simona was fantastic at providing creative ideas as well as practical but impactful ways of utilizing Influitive. She was truly a fantastic design partner.

My recommendations is to consider Advocacy Maven as your trusted partner whatever phase of advocay you are.It's more than 4 years that I work with Advocacy Maven and their knowledge about customer community and engagement helped me to build from zero a community that now have 700 vibrants advocates who advocate for us each day and with a stellar engagement rate of 40% which is a huge result if you think that the average in my industry is 27%

**What do you like best about Advocacy Maven?**

We've been working with Advocacy Mavens for our Influitive platform support.  The team has been extremely knowledgeable, friendly, prompt and all-around great in helping us with our community.  We value our Advocacy Mavens CSM so much - she jumps on issues quickly, has the inside knowledge and know-how to set us in the right direction and is a huge asset for us and our community.  In fact, Advocacy Mavens and our CSM were a major factor in us renewing our contract with Influitive/Jigsaw this year.

**What do you dislike about Advocacy Maven?**

Really there's nothing to dislike about Advocacy Maven.  However, if I did have to choose something, it might be that some meeting time choices are very early morning for me (I'm in California).  That said, I've never had issues scheduling a meeting or anything like that.

**What problems is Advocacy Maven solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We use Influitive for our community platform and when they reorganized at the end of 2023, we lost our CSM.  For months we didn't have any CSM support under Jigsaw - there were a lot of support issues and no one to really turn to for help, guidance or advice.  Once Advocacy Maven joined Jigsaw to reinstate CSM services, there was a marked improvement and positive difference in helping to get our issues resolved, getting creative guidance and just overall support in general.

Advocacy Maven is knowledgeable about customer advocacy and the Influitive platform. The team has been extremely helpful with assisting us in the CSM role of improving our backend processes, recommending improvements, and responding quickly to questions. They have been our cheerleader with Influitive/Jigsaw Interactive for support tickets and getting issues resolved.

Our implementation specialist, Simona was accessible and knowledgeable. At times, we weren't sure of what we were looking for and she was able to dissect our ideas and make them happen. She was incredible at answering all of our questions; if she did not know the answer, she found it out in time. Advocacy Maven's services were engaging, thoughtful, future-forward and timely. Their services are superior. We could not have created our amazing community without their guidance.

I genuinely cannot say enough wonderful things about Simona at Advocacy Maven. You can tell she worked long hours just to ensure we had a great experience & could reach our goals. Advocacy Maven has a very organized process & hard-working team that made the experience so much more seamless. We were SO lucky to have this team. If it weren't for the Advocacy Maven team, we would have never completed our projects in time and they would have been so much less cohesive.

I believe much (if not all) of the team at Advocacy Maven is based in Romania, and while they work flexible hours, it doesn't always align perfectly with schedules in the US. However, Simona and the whole team at Advocacy Maven were extremely timely with all of our requests & meetings. So I wouldn't say it's a dislike, per se, it just can be a little difficult depending on where you live.

Advocacy Maven (particularly Simona) worked with our team to onboard our Influitive instance in record-breaking time. Your community or advocacy platform WILL perform better and be more fun if you work with Diana, but YOU have to do the work to get to know your member personas and create the community that will be best for your specific niche.

We had never tried an online community for our customers before, and our reference program was a mess that was quickly exhausting some of our best advocates. There were so many lessons we would have had to learn the hard way without Diana and the team to guide us every step of the way. Advocacy Maven has all of the resources and all of the plans, it's just a matter of listening to their advice, committing to the pre-launch efforts (all of them, don't try to rush and cut corners!), and getting to know your customers by continuing to connect with them.
