I have been using AdvisorStream for about 10 months now and they are by far the best source I have found for timely, relevant content. Their platform is very easy to use and their finished product is top notch, professional looking. You are able to stream timely content to your best clients at a touch of a button or have it done automatically if you choose. They gather articles from all the top publications and you can peruse the library by subject matter. It's truly a terrific service and a fast and easy way to stay connected to your best clients. The best feature is the plug-in for websites. The second best feature of the system is, the automatically curated newsletters. I love the range of topics. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I would like the ability AUTOMATE different types of articles on different parts of my website. For example, one section of my website would have articles that center more on explaining various financial topics, while another part of my website would show articles that are more current event related. I currently the two different java scripts on my website, but because I was recommended to have the "post to all" button selected, it just posts the same article to two places. It works fine when I do it manually, but it would be nice to have it automated. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It's easy to use. It also provides clients and prospective clients with information they might not otherwise have a subscription to. Like similar products it allows regular communication with these groups of people. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Some improvements could be made. While not easy, adding an ever increasing variety of publications to choose from would be welcome. Those could include the Wall Street Journal, Barrons, Time Magazine, etc., just to name a couple. Other services have access to some of these. It would seem doable.

Also, added features to the where we write our text would be welcome. The ability to add attachments and/or pictures in the body of the text would be a nice feature. In short, in the almost 2 1/2 years I've been a customer, I don't think much has changed from a feature standpoint.

I also think keeping in touch with AdvisorStream's client base would be very helpful. Keeping us posted as to improvements and/or enhancements to the service on a monthly basis would be great. Right now we get ZERO communication from them about their service. Knowing what is in the pipeline or what is coming up would be a helpful. Shouldn't be hard to implement. It is hard enough in the days of the Bernie Madoff's to create trust with perfect strangers and no referral. AdvisorStream generally and Jamie Blasko specifically have cracked that code. My gawd, the treasure I can now find in my LinkedIn list, I can do psychographic probing and data mining. . . getting into the heads and hearts of the people opening up and reading the articles I send them. I love that Advisor Stream makes it easy for me to keep in touch regularly with my clients in a non-salesy way by sharing relevant and informative content with my clients that they probably otherwise wouldn't have access to. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The weekly newsletter has been a hit with my clients, and has been an easy way to keep in front of clients. They like to get the top articles and ideas of the week, and I've received tremendous feedback. The social media posts are equally well received and my social media client engagement has increased.
