I love the user interface and the simple but smooth design for protocol staff and administrators. The system feels modern and intuitive, and it makes training users easy and efficient. There are some features that we would like to see implemented that haven't yet, but the fact that the system is constantly evolving and changing provides an optimistic outlook that it will one day fit the tailored needs of every institution.
