Our site currently uses this for monitoring credential expirations, calibrations, and SOP's. It is very user friendly to replace versions and keep track of previous versions of documents for version control. **What do you dislike about Advarra eReg?** While the report function is nice for crendtial expirations, it would be nice to have an automatic email be optional to have sent for when things are expiring. Also, due to many sponsors wanting specific credential documentation, it would be nice to easily be able to pull specific credentials (perhaps via a check box for each staff member listing their available credneitlas), and pull a nice report that downloads into a zip file to send to sponsors. This reduces administrative burden and training to provide a sponsor with a credential and login information. **What problems is Advarra eReg solving and how is that benefiting you?** Advarra eReg solves SOP's, credential expirations, and fully electronic ISF control for multi-site fully electronic studies. ### 2. Features such as the CIRBI integration which imports documents directly into protocols and esignatures are very handy. The product team also hold monthly collaboration calls that get community feedback on any issues, any new features coming up, and any features we would like to see in the future. **What do you dislike about Advarra eReg?** Features that are seemingly simple sometimes take a while to come to production. I would like to maybe see a couple smaller releases in between the 3 large ones that are done each year. **What problems is Advarra eReg solving and how is that benefiting you?** Advarra eReg allows our site network to have a central regulatory team that handles the protocol binders for all studies at each of our sites. ### 3. It allows you to store, organize, & retrieve all necessary regulatory documents in one centralized location, which has greatly simplified our document retrieval process & reduced the risk of misplacing or losing important files. Additionally, the software offers advanced search functionalities which allow you to quickly find specific documents, saving both time & effort. **What do you dislike about Advarra eReg?** If there was a downside to this, it hasn't shown itself to me yet. I can't really think of one because it's that effective & easy to use. **What problems is Advarra eReg solving and how is that benefiting you?** I could point specifically to its comprehensive auditing & compliance tracking system. I love that site SOPs can also be uploaded to eReg and sent out for signature and review. I like the way the different sections of the eBinder are organized & labeled and how the list of document sections for each protocol is always on the left side of the screen for quick access to documents. **What do you dislike about Advarra eReg?** eReg is such a powerful system that has the potential to be an all-in-one regulatory for sites. However, there is a steep learning curve that makes implementation feel a bit daunting. eReg is not very intuitive, so it sometims takes a lot of playing around with things to understand the intended workflow. **What problems is Advarra eReg solving and how is that benefiting you?** How to store and organize regulatory documents electronically ### 5. Our monitors love the system and find it easy to navigate. I also like the capability to capture Esignatures in a compliant manner. Our institution is quite large so getting wet Ink signatures sometimes is quite laborous and time consuming. We can literally have a training log with final signatures in one business day. **What do you dislike about Advarra eReg?** Currently, we are experiencing some issues with monitors being able to access our system remotely. I believe this is more due to instituional restrictions and not the fault the vendor. It would be nice if signatures on training logs could be placed on the line for each signer instead of a list at the end of the document. **What problems is Advarra eReg solving and how is that benefiting you?** Ease of getting signatures in a compliant manner. Helps with Regulatory Compliance as all the documents have a place. The interegration with Advarra IRB makes filing documents from the IRB a breeze. We also linked this to Oncore and it makes it quite simple to ensure the most recent IRB approved documents are available for our SC to use. ### 7. Some of the best features for us - how easy and quick it is to file documents and being able to use the new version feature. **What do you dislike about Advarra eReg?** The review sessions can cause some difficulties at times because if you make changes within a protocol's outline you have to make sure the review session for an individual reflects the same changes. Also the timeframe for which Advarra inactivates accounts can be a little annoying. **What problems is Advarra eReg solving and how is that benefiting you?** It provides a seemless process for document filing and sponsor monitoring. The integration of Advarra IRB and Oncore is beneficial in filing study documents and notifying the study team when IRB approvals are released. Our local IRB also imports the information provided from OnCore and eReg into its local IRB system. **What do you dislike about Advarra eReg?** High learning curve, training is provided, however use of system can be overwhelming at first. Requires manually linking the studies for integration of OnCore and Advarra IRB **What problems is Advarra eReg solving and how is that benefiting you?** eRegulatory Binder and staff management on studies. ### 10. It is cumbersome walking around a huge hospital campus gathering signatures on paper documents. eReg saves so much time and is a much more efficient way of handling regulatory documents. **What do you dislike about Advarra eReg?** Downsides to the system are no set Training Log templates, requirements for documented training prior to each user (even if all they are doing is signing-off on a Delegation Log), and not being able to route one document for multiple signatures. These scenarios can be off-putting and are not ideal. We have had to work around them. **What problems is Advarra eReg solving and how is that benefiting you?** Advarra allows our site to have more physical space available for equipment and other study supplies vs. paper ISF binders. ### 11.
