What problems is AdvancedMD solving and how is that benefiting you?

The new "face" of AdvancedMD provides ease of use between our doctors and our front office staff. Although the software seems to be ever changing, we have had little issue with catching on quickly and learning how to best use it for maximum office wide communication. "Easy to Install/Easy to Manage"

What do you like best about AdvancedMD?

I'm usually in the administrative role when using this product, so I don't use many of the medical features of this software. As a network engineer, I work with many different EHR softwares, but of all of them, this one is the easiest to deploy and manage, so I can really appreciate that from a management standpoint. What do you dislike about AdvancedMD?

I've had a few minor issues with the update process. In a few cases, the client would attempt to update and get stuck in an update loop. The only way to get it to stop was to manually go out and download the newest client and re-install instead of just being able to update. That was a bit of a pain, but it doesn't happen that often. "An absolute hidden Gem "

What do you like best about AdvancedMD?

I love how the EHR was incorporated into AdvancedMD almost flawlessly.

It works smoothly and one click of a link and it brings you straight to that client's EHR profile. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about AdvancedMD?

The interface of the EHR portion of advancedMD inst very user friendly. It definitely is something that requires multiple sessions of training to fully grasp the EHR portion. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering AdvancedMD:

I absolutely love using this product. However please make sure you do get proper training as there are so many levels to this product and the best way to use it at its maximum is to truly understand all of its features.

Another thing to keep in mind is that AdvancedMD does so much more than just scheduling, it does billing, and health insurance validation as well. That health insurance validation was just a quick click and it brought you to a page that had a button to confirm validity. It would easily tell you whether that client's health insurance was up to date or not. AdvancedMD honestly works smoothly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is AdvancedMD solving and how is that benefiting you?

Having AdvancedMD EHR has been an absolute pleasure because of the easeness of having a client's EHR just a click away. i dont believe any other program would have been able to incorporate it as flawlessly as AdvancedMD did. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

There are some kinks with the programming that need to be worked out, sometimes it lags behind, or exits out of the program without saving what was just being worked on Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
