This software takes a while to learn. It is not very intuitive. It has many “behind the scenes” settings that must be just right for it to work well with your office flow and for claims to be billed out correctly. It most compatible with Internet explorer which is not even downloadable if you use a Mac. This makes it so some reports are only accessible while using a PC with Explorer as they use Microsoft silver light which is only compatible with Explorer.
