We had online meetings and everything about the platform was explained and how it worked. I simply added my marketplaces and campaigns and a monthly budget. The rest as they say is history. The one thing I would ask to be improved is better reporting on which search terms are performing better than others so that we can add those keywords into the backend of Amazon. It would be physically impossible for me to do so. My costs have come down significantly and my revenue doubled.
