There were long stretches where the login workflow was frustrating — for nearly a year the legacy login URL returned a 404 error instead of automatically routing to the new portal, which created unnecessary friction. I also wish there were better campaign management tools; not being able to delete or archive campaigns makes the interface feel cluttered over time and harder to navigate.
