"Powerful Platform, Room for Improvement"
4/5
What do you like best about AdRoll ABM (Formerly RollWorks)?

I enjoy the platform of AdRoll ABM. It's simple, easily powerful, and it syncs with Salesforce effectively. We are able to query the top 100 accounts and individual accounts based on fields and their values. Reporting is seamless, allowing us to report on new opportunities against accounts receiving ABM. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about AdRoll ABM (Formerly RollWorks)?

Identifying contacts has been a real struggle. There is no integration into tools like ZoomInfo. Playbooks also cannot target multiple account lists. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"AdRoll ABM has been fundamental to how we approach ABM and moving prospects down the funnel."
5/5
What do you like best about AdRoll ABM (Formerly RollWorks)?

Account support has always been very strong. The customer support that we get has been transformative, especially with how we approach best practices, nurturing prospects, and being more purposeful about advertising. It's also been a quite easy platform to use. The UI of AdRoll ABM makes it easy for us to execute tasks that would otherwise be time-consuming, like campaign launches, UTM formatting, and audience building. Finally, we like the scalability of AdRoll ABM. AdRoll ABM has been integral to how our company as scaled, as on AdRoll ABM we've expanded into different geos and campaign types. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about AdRoll ABM (Formerly RollWorks)?

We could use some more depth in our intent data when building audiences. For example, competing ABM platforms sometimes have more specificity when using intent data to build an audience. There may be a competitor with a G2 profile that we want to use intent data for, and that specific competitor may not be available when building a Rollworks AdRoll ABM. In some cases, it's as general as targeting competitors as a whole, not specific ones. Additionally, it would be good to have more specific intent data windows to go off of, like 30/60/90/120/150/180 or something of that sort to get more tailored with our messaging. "Display ads that hit their mark – for excellent brand awareness; User interface needs work"
5/5
What do you like best about AdRoll ABM (Formerly RollWorks)?

Advertising capabilities are deep and reach the targets. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about AdRoll ABM (Formerly RollWorks)?

The user interface is clean, but unfortunately TOO clean for the level of complexity within the platform. It creates a dull experience that is also confusing at times, because every screen looks the same. In a nutshell, I feel it needs an overhaul and also would benefit from a "wizard setup" approach with step by step walkthroughs of campaign creation and budget use cases.
