What do you like best about Trintech?

Their customer service!! Product support with other companies is slow and unhelpful compared to the Frontier team (especially Dameon Goode). Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Trintech?

Downside of Frontier is the product's complexity. When everything is working as it should, Frontier is a breeze. But, if/when something breaks, it's hard to fix... unless you have specialized computer-programming knowledge OR a helpful customer service team. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
