Having the connection between journal entry, reconciliation, and month-end process with compliance is very attractive but difficult to achieve, especially in global, diverse, and transforming organizations. Could be a huge benefit for a smaller, stable company on one ERP. **What do you dislike about Trintech?** As every system requires good master data for multi-use tools like Cadency, it's also a must-have. Unfortunately, Cadency does not support the transformation or growing, changing needs of the organization. We struggle with a lack of automation and manual efforts. Lack of connection to PowerBI or similar tools makes it difficult to address current needs. **What problems is Trintech solving and how is that benefiting you?** Cadency helps us with addressing the reconciliation process and tracking month-end closure activities. In both, it helped to standardize and globalize them. I only use Adra Balancer to do our BS account reconciliations but I will try to learn to use the Matcher module. It would be great if we could also use Matcher to reconcile other things than only on BS account level, for example if we could reconcile a certain customer's or a vendor's account to make sure that our account is a mirror copy of theirs. **What problems is Trintech solving and how is that benefiting you?** It simplifies the work and also ensures that a work task gets done and within the deadline. Also, it is good that a work task has four eyes reviewing and approving the reconciliation.
