The setup is detailed, while the end user processes can be very simple. Processes like Matching and Certification can be completed quickly and easily by the end-users if the setup is completed and controlled properly. It is really impressive how Cadency combines deep customization with an easy to use interface and is a game-changer. **What do you dislike about Trintech?** On the flip-side, the simplicity and ease of use can catch you out. It is very easy to run through some of the training available and think you have it figured out only to find 90% of the way through a new account setup that you have forgotten something seemingly small that will send you right back to the start. Customer service is also quick to respond to issues. **What do you dislike about Trintech?** The reporting side could be better, I do not find useful the graphs that come up automatically, there should be options to filter data more easily or show the data we want to see which doesn't seem an option. **What problems is Trintech solving and how is that benefiting you?** It provides a tool for reconciliation each month end and helps tracks issues with open items. ### 41. It's simple to maintain the system for regular tasks but their is also opportunity to use the complex features to establish new routines. **What do you dislike about Trintech?** I dislike the lack of restrictions for some of the roles and modules within the system.
