Not the best format for disputing anything incorrect, for instance, with closed work orders. That is my main concern and problem with the program; it's not easy or formal to dispute. Their mobile platform is not awesome; you can't view jobs and would need to use the full website. The platform would need to monitor that jobs are close in proximity and not too far away. The portal looks a little outdated in some places, like the resource pages. A little visual refresh to make the platform look more up-to-date would go a long way!
