"All-in-One HRIS That Brings Core HR Functions Together"
4.5/5
What do you like best about ADP Workforce Now?

It’s an HRIS platform that brings together all the core HR functions in one place, including payroll, benefits, time tracking, recruitment, performance management, onboarding, and more. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about ADP Workforce Now?

I feel like, with any HRIS, there are some cons. For starters, I think they need to improve the onboarding section. When creating templates, you can’t arrange the forms in the order of view/read, sign, view/read, sign. Instead, it only lets you add all the view/read forms first, and then add all the forms that require a signature at the very end. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"User-Friendly Payroll Solution with Minor Login Issues"
5/5
What do you like best about ADP Workforce Now?

I like that ADP Workforce Now is user-friendly, easy to navigate, and easy to use. I’ve used other platforms that were incredibly difficult to navigate and use, but ADP clearly explains everything. It has a user-friendly site that makes tasks like running payroll super easy, manageable, and quick. I'm also familiar with ADP Workforce Now from the past and liked it better than Paylocity. The platform makes processes like payroll, timesheets, and hiring very straightforward. The initial setup was very easy, and I found it better than the previous product I was using. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about ADP Workforce Now?

I think for my employees, sometimes the website does not work for them to log in to clock in, so they could improve on the employee end. Sometimes the site just gives an error and it won't work. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Intuitive Payroll and Reporting, but Tax Setup and Support Can Be Challenging"
3.5/5
What do you like best about ADP Workforce Now?

ADP offers great custom reporting and is generally easy to use. I find it intuitive for onboarding as well as for core payroll functions. That said, we do struggle with tax setup, and it can be difficult to correct tax issues once a problem comes up. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about ADP Workforce Now?

Smart Compliance has been slow to respond when tax issues come up. Our customer support contacts also seem to change frequently, which leaves us in limbo about who to reach out to when we have questions. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"All-in-One HR Platform That Saves Time and Streamlines Admin Work"
4/5
What do you like best about ADP Workforce Now?

What I like best about ADP Workforce Now is that it centralizes payroll, benefits, time tracking, and HR tasks in one platform. The interface is generally easy to navigate, self-service features make it simple for employees to access pay stubs and update personal information, and the reporting tools help streamline administrative work. Overall, it saves time by reducing manual processes and keeping HR information organized. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about ADP Workforce Now?

One downside of ADP Workforce Now is that some features can be difficult to find, and navigating between different modules isn't always intuitive. Certain reports and configurations can take time to learn, and occasional system slowdowns or extra clicks for routine tasks can impact efficiency. While it's a powerful platform overall, the user experience could be more streamlined. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about ADP Workforce Now?

When we first rolled it out it took a bit of getting used to a new system and way of doing payroll for my employees. They have great resources and tutorials but they can take extra time to sift throught. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Payroll Automation & Self-Service Portal a Game-Changer, But Reporting Needs Improvement"
3.5/5
What do you like best about ADP Workforce Now?

I really like the payroll automation feature of ADP Workforce Now. Before, handling payroll was extremely stressful and time-consuming, involving manually entering hours, calculating pay rates for different staff, and constantly checking for errors. Now, ADP automates almost everything, so payroll processing is quick and efficient. It reduced the time from three days to one day, which is transformative for our operations. Another feature I love is the employee self-service portal. It enables employees to handle their queries independently, like checking leave balances, viewing pay stubs, and updating personal information, which massively reduces my workload. The portal is user-friendly even for our less tech-savvy staff and has significantly decreased the number of HR helpdesk tickets, letting me focus more on my project coordination tasks. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about ADP Workforce Now?

To start with, the customized report building function is inflexible and lacks diversified combined screening logic. Our institution has a large number of full-time administrative staff, part-time course instructors and project-based temporary trainers, and we need to separately count working hours, class attendance records and performance-based salary settlement data by training project and teaching type. However, the system cannot set multi-dimensional combined filtering rules freely, and it fails to directly generate exclusive statistical statements matching education training business scenarios. We have to export original data manually and reorganize it offline, which greatly increases extra sorting workload for our HR team. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Easy-to-Navigate App for Payroll, Time Off, and Direct Deposit"
4.5/5
What do you like best about ADP Workforce Now?

The layout is easy to navigate. I can check payroll, update my direct deposit details, request time off, review my payment history, download forms, and do more right from the app or the website. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about ADP Workforce Now?

Occasionally, I can’t find a feature—like how to view my available time off. It feels like there are several different ways to access the same information, and I end up navigating to it differently each time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Mixed Support and ROE Processing Make Payroll Harder Than It Should Be"
1/5
What do you like best about ADP Workforce Now?

That it can develop reports and process payroll. I also like the app Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about ADP Workforce Now?

Overall, the customer service has been inconsistent. I seem to receive mixed answers about whether they’re able to resolve an issue. They also removed the customer service phone number, but our rep isn’t always available to help us out and often ends up transferring me to someone else anyway. I’m not sure why that phone number was removed. Also, processing ROE’s is always difficult when trying to get them onto the register. The process isn’t as automated as it could be, either.

I think they need to retrain their staff and add the customer service line by to the website to it is more accessible to find. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"All-in-One HR Hub That Streamlines Payroll, Compliance, and Reporting"
4.5/5
What do you like best about ADP Workforce Now?

What I like best about ADP Workforce Now is how it centralizes core HR functions—payroll, benefits, time tracking, and talent management—into one integrated system. It streamlines administrative processes, reduces manual errors, and provides real-time reporting that supports better decision-making. I also appreciate its compliance support and automation features, which help ensure payroll accuracy and regulatory alignment. Overall, it saves time and allows HR professionals to focus more on strategy and employee engagement rather than administrative tasks Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about ADP Workforce Now?

One challenge with ADP Workforce Now is that the system can feel complex at first, especially for new users navigating multiple modules. However, that complexity comes from the depth of features it offers. Once you become familiar with the platform, the robust reporting, automation, and compliance tools become extremely valuable. The learning curve ultimately pays off because it allows for more accurate payroll processing and better HR data management. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Efficient HR Management with Single Sign-On But Needs Better Support"
4.5/5
What do you like best about ADP Workforce Now?

I really like ADP Workforce Now because our employees find it very easy to use. When our employees are happy with the platform, it simplifies our jobs in HR. We're not bogged down with small tasks like printing pay stubs, looking up W-2s, and manually entering PTO. ADP Workforce Now streamlines these tasks for our end users, who are essentially our customers, making it easier on the HR department. A major draw for us is the single sign-on platform; since we use ADP Workforce Now as our full HRIS system, it allows us to manage the full life cycle of an employee using just one username and password. Everything our team needs, from applying for jobs on our website to offboarding, is accessible within one platform. This replaces the need for multiple platforms and eliminates duplicate data entry. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about ADP Workforce Now?

If I could choose one thing that could be better, it is the customer service. There’s a dance that you have to play when you have a problem because the company is so large. There's so many different people. I believe it would be better if we had more access to our account manager. It's very hard to reach her. So when we can't get her on the phone or via email, it's not a fast process. And when we do discover that we can't get in touch with her, there are so many different people that we have to go through to solve a small problem. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
