I love my account team, Shannon Radloff and Jeanette Messer, because when I have an issue, they are always right there to help guide me. The new chat feature is pretty awesome too. I like ADP Workforce Now because the mobile app and the desktop app work together, allowing me to access information on my mobile. The part I dislike most about ADP Workforce Now is the integration. You can connect it to other software tools through the ADP Marketplace and the API to get accurate reports and analytics, but I’ve noticed some mismatches between ADP’s reports and the reports pulled through other software APIs. I find ADP Workforce Now easy to use and easy to figure out, even if you are new to it. I appreciate the SmartCompliance feature because it allows me to set up a new state quickly, walking me through step by step, which is much more convenient than trying to locate all the information on state websites. It really enhances my experience by enabling us to pay and file payroll taxes on time, allowing us to 'set it and forget it.' It's also efficient and quick in processing payroll.
