"All-in-One, User-Friendly HR Platform That Saves Time"
5/5
What do you like best about ADP Workforce Now?

What I like best about ADP Workforce Now is how it brings everything into one place. Payroll, attendance, HR, benefits, and employee management are all connected, which makes daily work much easier and more organized. The platform is user-friendly, reliable, and saves a lot of time by automating repetitive tasks. I also like the reporting features because they help track employee data and business metrics quickly without needing extra tools. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about ADP Workforce Now?

One thing I dislike about ADP Workforce Now is that some parts of the system can feel a bit complicated, especially for new users. Certain features take time to learn, and navigating between different sections is not always very smooth. The reporting customization can also be limited at times, and customer support response times may vary depending on the issue. Overall, it’s a strong platform, but there’s definitely room for improvement in usability and faster support. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Centralized HR Management with Great Features but Needs Easier Navigation"
4.5/5
What do you like best about ADP Workforce Now?

I like that ADP Workforce Now centralizes our HR and payroll functions, making daily workforce management more efficient. The reporting tools are really helpful for generating payroll, workforce, and compliance reports, which streamline our operations. I also love the employee self-service features as they reduce HR queries and save time. Additionally, I find the configurable workflows very effective in adapting the platform to our specific needs. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about ADP Workforce Now?

I find the navigation on ADP Workforce Now complex, requiring multiple clicks for simple tasks. The learning curve for the reporting and administration features is quite long, which can be challenging. It would be great to have simpler menus and fewer clicks for commonly used tasks. A consistent UI/UX experience would be helpful, along with pre-built reporting templates and faster filtering and exporting capabilities. The initial setup was also moderately challenging due to data migration, configuration of payroll rules and time policies, as well as the need to integrate with other systems. "All-in-One HR & Payroll Hub with Easy Employee Self-Service"
4.5/5
What do you like best about ADP Workforce Now?

What I like most about ADP Workforce Now is that it combines critical HR and payroll data in one place, providing a comprehensive overview of the essential functions related to compensation, personal data, and benefits. The software allows for a convenient self-service experience, enabling employees to access their pay statements, tax-related information, personal data, and time-off balances with ease of use. At the same time, the interface is intuitive and provides access to the frequently used tools essential for day-to-day operations, thus making the most common tasks related to managing the workforce more efficient for both workers and HR managers. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about ADP Workforce Now?

One of the things I dislike about the platform is the number of times one has to click when trying to find information, especially on related HR/payroll topics. The interface can also be slow at times and some parts of it are not as intuitive as they should be. I do appreciate the extent to which the software covers various areas related to human resource management, but it could be more effective if it had a better-designed interface and was faster. "Easy to Use and Great-Looking, but the Setup Feels Too Rigid"
3.5/5
What do you like best about ADP Workforce Now?

Overall, the system is easy to use and fairly self-explanatory. I also like how it looks, but using it extensively just wasn’t for me. The setup felt too rigid while I was working with it, and that made the experience less enjoyable. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about ADP Workforce Now?

The system’s rigid requirements can make it difficult to use in certain situations, and I wish it were more flexible for complex organizational structures and unique workflows. It often felt like we had to adapt to the system, rather than the system adapting to us. One area where we ran into issues was reporting: while the system offered standard reports, there was very little flexibility for custom reporting. Also, some features were treated as add-ons, which increased the overall cost, so we ended up having to use workarounds. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"All Payroll and Tax Documents in One Place with ADP Workforce Now"
4.5/5
What do you like best about ADP Workforce Now?

What I like most about ADP Workforce Now is that it keeps all my payroll and employment-related information in one place. I use it regularly to view and download payslips, access tax documents, and pull up financial records whenever I need them. Having everything organized in a single portal saves me time and eliminates the hassle of digging through emails or having to request documents from HR.

The interface is straightforward and easy to navigate, so I can quickly find what I’m looking for without much effort. I also appreciate that important documents stay available whenever I need them, whether it’s for tax filing, loan applications, or personal record-keeping.

In my experience, the platform has been reliable and performs consistently. I haven’t run into issues accessing my payroll information, and it makes routine HR and payroll tasks much more convenient. Overall, it’s a dependable employee self-service portal that simplifies managing payroll and tax-related documents. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about ADP Workforce Now?

I don’t have any major complaints, but there are a few areas that could be improved. Locating older payroll or tax documents can sometimes take a few extra clicks, especially if I don’t access them often. A more streamlined navigation experience would make it easier to find what I’m looking for quickly.

There are also times when newly uploaded documents or payroll updates aren’t available right away, so I may need to check back later. It hasn’t been a significant issue overall, but around payroll processing or tax filing periods, faster updates would be especially helpful.

Aside from these minor points, the platform has been reliable for accessing payslips, tax documents, and other employment records whenever I need them. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Less hassle, less headaches, saves time"
4/5
What do you like best about ADP Workforce Now?

I love how the New Hire process is a smooth process. The Wizard is so easy to use. The Termination Wizard is also a great tool. I really like how you can adjust their final pay right then and there instead of having to do it in the paydata batch when processing payroll. This makes things easier. We've had situations where we pay out employees their unused, earned vacation time and entering this during the Termination process makes it so much easier on us. Customer service is always friendly, very helpful & knowledgeable of their product. I love to use the Bridge. I think this is a really cool feature that I use a lot. The chat feature on the Benefits side is very helpful. Running payroll is a smooth process. I love how the Payroll Reports are available immediately. ADP offers Benefit Enrollment which we used for the 1st time this year. We used to handle Garnishments manually and would sometime create problems or checks were lost or never received or posted to the wrong account. Now, garnishments are taken care of for us by ADP. Love that! We just transitioned from a 3rd party for our 401k into ADP & we love it. We recently changed core systems. The transition was seamless with ADP. We recently had employees acknowledge a couple of policys through ADP. It was a very smooth process and they were able to acknowledge through their mobile App as well.

Update: We used the configuration on the Home Page and we can now have Employees clock IN & OUT right away. We have also added retirement to the Home Page as well as time off balances with the ability to request time off, and other helpful links.

Update 5.8.25: We just stared using Onboarding and Recruitment in ADP and I must say I love it so far. It makes the hiring process so much easier and the set up of the new employee is already in there. We are loving this feature so far. Employee sets up their direct deposit, uploads their documents and acknowledges policies right from the start. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about ADP Workforce Now?

ADP does not offer Expense Reimbursements. We use currently use Concur, in which works with ADP, but it would be nice if ADP was like a one stop shop for us.

ADP needs to have some type of security measure when fraud occurs. We recently had a New employee who has been experiencing Identity Fraud since 2007. When she logs into ADP, she can view a W-2 that does not belong to her. The W-2 is of the "other" employee using the same name and social. When I contacted ADP regarding this issue, I was told there was nothing they could do. This concerns me that the "other" employee can see personal information and W-2 of our employee. Unfortunately, the system thinks it's the same person holding two jobs in two different states. Hopefully ADP will work on something to fix these types of issues. "Great Integration and Fast Data Entry, but Inconsistent Support"
3.5/5
What do you like best about ADP Workforce Now?

Integrates with our current software. Has a good interface to enter in the information quickly. The site performs well, though sometimes it runs into some buggy loading issues. The price was good but only after having to hard core negotiate and sign long term agreements. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about ADP Workforce Now?

The support can be absolutely terrible at times. It completely depends on who you get. They often seem to employ people who are not in the country to reply to chats resulting in them having no idea what you are saying at all, and they waste your time and never follow through. It is really frustrating. Then you'll get someone who actually speaks English as their first language, and they will understand you perfectly and will be able to resolve your issue. I see this happen over and over again. They do not employ any AI intelligence that I am aware of but perhaps that will be changing. Overall I am displeased especially with the customer service. "Easy, Intuitive Payroll —But Too Much Upselling"
3.5/5
What do you like best about ADP Workforce Now?

ADP payroll is a one-stop shop for everything from HR to compliance if you want that in your payroll company. They have multiple packages, and the staff is knowledgeable in what to do to keep you up to date in your state. The system itself is easy to manage, with an intuitive flow on how to set things up and utilize the product. Running payroll is simple with ADP. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about ADP Workforce Now?

Because they are a multifaceted payroll company, there is a ton of upselling that happens. I have asked to be put on a do-not-call list many times, and they still continue to try to sell me things that for my small organzation, I do not need. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Ease of Use with Clear, Efficient Reporting"

What do you like best about ADP Workforce Now?

I like the ease of use of ADP Workforce Now. It's very clear and precise using the bridge. It's also very easy to use and is good for questions and answers, helping others. The initial setup was fairly easy for the most part, and though there were some bumps, we got through those and are now humming right along with it. I find that it provides me clear reports and easy-to-use reports. Also, the time and attendance feature for a certain group of employees is really easy to use and easy to set up.
