In the past, I did run into a few glitches and slow responses from customer support, but lately I’ve noticed a real improvement in both the system’s reliability and the support team’s responsiveness. It feels like they’ve been listening to feedback and working on making things smoother. **What do you dislike about ADP Workforce Now?** While ADP Workforce has come a long way, there are still a few areas that can be improved. The mobile app can feel a bit clunky at times, especially when trying to load older pay statements or switch between sections. Some of the menu options arent very intuitive, which can make it a little confusing for new users. I have also noticed occasional slow load times during peak hours, which can be frustrating. Customer service is definitely better than before, but it can still take a while to reach the right person. We got off to a bad start with a very bad implementation team. Plus they were not used to govt entity & 457b. So if you are a govt entity considering ADP, you will have some nuances to work through. Overall, the platform is very user-friendly. **What do you dislike about ADP Workforce Now?** 2 main things: 1. The Various platforms are extremely siloed (recruitment, employee, ADP Select, I9, Security Management, etc.). 2. With such a vast functionality list, resources can be scattered and frequently you must be self-sufficient to get answers. **Recommendations to others considering ADP Workforce Now:** Workforce now is a good all-around HRIS for mid to large companies. It has an easy-to-use interface and it's admin features are pretty robust. Personally, I think that ADP has a lot of growth potential in the upcoming feature and product releases (they release updates most frequently on a monthly basis). However, we find that with each update, there are pretty significant changes that occur. For instance, there are process changes, feature/look changes which keep us (HR Admins) on our toes as far as our own documenting of processes, etc. I would still recommend ADP to other admins in the industry. **What problems is ADP Workforce Now solving and how is that benefiting you?** 95% of our HR processes are housed within ADP, which is the biggest benefit. ### 48.
