I find ADP Workforce Now easy to use and easy to figure out, even if you are new to it. I appreciate the SmartCompliance feature because it allows me to set up a new state quickly, walking me through step by step, which is much more convenient than trying to locate all the information on state websites. It really enhances my experience by enabling us to pay and file payroll taxes on time, allowing us to 'set it and forget it.' It's also efficient and quick in processing payroll. I use ADP Workforce Now to manage employee onboarding, document handling, attendance tracking, leave approvals, and daily reporting. It has significantly improved my efficiency, especially when preparing salary sheets, because it provides accurate, real-time data on employees’ in-and-out timings along with their names and employee codes. I also really like the daily reports feature, which helps me track missed punches and address any issues promptly. Customer support is another major strength: we have a dedicated point of contact, and the regular demos make it easier to understand the system and use it more effectively. I like being able to connect our many benefit carriers in one place. We use WFC for our entire employee lifecycle from recruiting, onboarding, benefits, and payroll.
