I like how easy it is to access everything through the dashboard on ADP Workforce Now. The quick-view feature is particularly useful, allowing me to quickly see my time off requests, time off bank, company announcements, and update personal information all in one spot. The app version simplifies dashboard viewing, freeing up time to focus on other tasks. The initial setup was fairly simple as everything was merged and transferred over, which was efficient. Sometimes the dashboard would not load and it would force you to click into the specific tabs (time off requests, change banking info, etc). I can manage schedules and login and check on all the employees hours, to keep within my budget, and then simply submit to payroll. Also my 401K is also part of ADP. I know it works with actual time clock and also you can log in from your computer. I do not like that one of my employer uses the old time clock feature. but over all its an amazing product. As a Manager I am using it to schedule hours allotted to my specific location, and then keeping an eye on Payroll hours per Period.
