It’s a well-established and widely used platform, so its strong user community is a real strength. It also allows you to customize some of the more complicated tax setups. Sometimes, with the timecard function, the admin has to step in and handle things manually. When the time code setup gets a bit more complicated, they aren’t able to help much. I use ADP Workforce Now to manage employee onboarding, document handling, attendance tracking, leave approvals, and daily reporting. It has significantly improved my efficiency, especially when preparing salary sheets, because it provides accurate, real-time data on employees’ in-and-out timings along with their names and employee codes. I also really like the daily reports feature, which helps me track missed punches and address any issues promptly. Customer support is another major strength: we have a dedicated point of contact, and the regular demos make it easier to understand the system and use it more effectively. The interface is fairly intuitive once you get used to it, and it helps reduce manual work so I can focus more on supporting employees rather than just processing tasks. I’d say the biggest downside for me is that some parts of ADP Workforce Now aren’t very intuitive, especially when trying to find specific information or complete certain tasks.
