I really appreciate ADP Workforce Now because the website is much easier to use and the interface is way better than what we had with TotalSource. The ability to quickly access information like employee start dates and hours worked is no longer a headache. I love how I can make adjustments to paid time off balances smoothly; it's super helpful since internal mistakes do happen, and correcting them without any hassle is fantastic. I love my account team, Shannon Radloff and Jeanette Messer, because when I have an issue, they are always right there to help guide me. The new chat feature is pretty awesome too. These aspects make me a better user in all areas of ADP, and they've helped me grow and learn. I really can't pinpoint one area—I love ADP. For me, it's a 10; I am an ADP fan. I find the software easy to use and navigate, especially with categories that help me know exactly which department I'm dealing with. I find ADP Workforce Now easy to use and easy to figure out, even if you are new to it. I appreciate the SmartCompliance feature because it allows me to set up a new state quickly, walking me through step by step, which is much more convenient than trying to locate all the information on state websites. It really enhances my experience by enabling us to pay and file payroll taxes on time, allowing us to 'set it and forget it.' It's also efficient and quick in processing payroll.
