I love ADP TotalSource for many reasons. One of the standout features is that they provide a liability attorney if there's ever litigation, which is incredibly reassuring. They also help with any cases of discrimination, your position statement, and more. Another huge benefit is that they helped me negotiate $20,000 in savings for my health benefits. I couldn't do my job without the recruitment side of ADP TotalSource. I really enjoy many aspects of ADP, and it makes my job easier. Probably the learning management system, but they are working on changing that. That's probably the only part of the system that's outsourced and the learning management piece is, like, a little clumsy and there's some hiccups with it. I guess that's why ADP is switching. I sometimes struggle with finding information or reports on ADP because of the vast offerings of information. Making the reports easier to manage, possibly by paring down the offerings of reports, would be an improvement. The initial setup was a bit stressful because we were rushed and had some benefits not set up correctly, leading to needing to go back and fix some things, although having an implementation team to directly help was beneficial.
