It has its benefits, but overall I don't see the benefit for my team **Rating:** 1.5/5.0 stars **Reviewed by:** Verified User in Hospital & Health Care | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.) **Reviewed Date:** September 28, 2021 **What do you like best about ADP StandOut?** I think it is a good tool for hourly employees and new hires. Great way to check in with people who you don't have regular 1:1s with. I do like the "nudge" feature within the platform. It is a good way to remind my direct reports instead of having to ping them in Teams or via email. **What do you dislike about ADP StandOut?** I don't see the benefit for my team because we are very in sync with our Manager. This is just an additional task I need to do to check off the box and complete. I would rather have a quick minute conversation with my Manager to talk about whats going on than have to complete this every week. I don't really pay any attention to the emails or reminders to have to complete my stand-out each week. **Recommendations to others considering ADP StandOut:** Build an onboarding experience within the tool. **What problems is ADP StandOut solving and how is that benefiting you?** Initially i was using it for my 1:1s to discuss what was going on and what i had planned for the week. I am finding now, after several months of use, i am no longer using it for this purpose. I really only use it for my like and loathe for the week. My Manager and I are pretty in sync.
