I dislike that some tax notices are not thoroughly investigated or reviewed. Often, comments on these notices go unnoticed, as they show as "not reviewed by ADP." It would be helpful to allow the client to add comments after the initial investigation or review of the tax notice. Our only option is to re-upload the tax notice and hope the comments are noticed the second or third time uploaded. Adding this feature would save time for both the client and the ADP tax analyst as the analyst would already be familiar with the tax notice, rather than having a new person review it.
