With ADP SmartCompliance, I love that I can easily access all of our Companies' Tax filings and records in one place. It is also the place I can go to upload any new Tax Agency notices that we may have received... and then easily see the progress of that particular notice there too. I like that ADP SmartCompliance® is a separate site from ADP Workforce Now. It gives us a high level of security to keep that really sensitive information handy, but it's also a one stop place where I can do all of those things under one login. I sometimes have trouble finding exactly what I'm looking for in ADP SmartCompliance®. I end up entering multiple terms trying to find what I'm looking for. Inclusion of some AI guidance or a more intuitive, AI Genie would be really helpful. Also, it's a bit pricey, which might make it not in budget for everybody. I believe all tax records should be located in SmartCompliance and not spread across other menus such as iReports. When you can access different pieces and parts of the same information in multiple places, it becomes more confusing and harder to know where to go.

The reporting section could also use a major upgrade from Crystal Reports. There are more user-friendly reporting options available, and the current setup doesn’t feel as intuitive as it could be.
