ADP made lots of promises to sell our company. They were continually slow, behind schedule and challenged by their sales promises. We have had a very bad experience. It has put unreasonable requirements and stress on our payroll team. We have over 500 employees who didn't get paid today. ADP completely messed this up. Failed promises. Delays. And now the sales team won't answer calls. I regret signing the contract, it has been a complete disaster. It has taken too much extra energy, time and coordination. This is a platform that is associated with the entire human rights department of your company, you can carry out a more organized management and thus better manage the payroll, obtain benefits and talent in addition to guaranteeing best practices, great support and that the entire team be more efficient in the process. ADP offers you a variety of tools and functions necessary for the business to run quickly and obtain the best results. A lot of companies are using ADP and are using different features of the program. 2 of the companies I worked for are using the basic version of ADP for their employees and employers should allow agents to see the hours they work when they log in to their profile. This will give us the employees more accuracy. If we don't keep track of our own hours it is hard to wait 2 weeks to see the pay check to match it with your own calculation. ADP is how I clock in and out of work, manage my money, track my hours, schedule my employees, and is where I receive my tax documents and pay stubs. Terrible! I lost my COBRA because their information was not accurate. Now Aetna has requested refunds from any medical practitioners I saw and billed me for the difference. The DOL told me they didn't think there was much they could do as they only go by ADP's records. ADP has cost me almost $10000.00. ADP tells you one thing and does another. LIARS! Quick updates on paycheck status. Once logged into the service, it is incredibly easy to navigate and find what you're looking for. I am able to see more than just an amount, but also the paycheck including cost breakdown, vacation and PTO hour status, and YTD numbers that are helpful with budgeting. I have easy access to each paycheck (even from years ago), see how my paycheck is divided up (in terms of taxes versus benefits, etc.), and see how much I will be getting paid even before I receive my paycheck. I love the convenience of having the app. I can easily check what I will be getting paid for that pay period.
