Sometimes when I need to get a specific report, ADP can have way too many options to select or unselect from in order to get the kind of details I'm looking for in my report. Platform made it clear about outstanding tasks that must be completed during the first few weeks of starting a new job. ADP Onboarding is very user friendly and allows us to quickly understand/knowing the team on the very first day of the job. Also, it helps quick turnaround for the paperwork electronic team. My experience with the onboarding process had been great with the ADP, I didn't find any difficulty although it made things very handy in terms of documentation. I felt enormous benefits, such as no hectic tasks or unnecessary meetings with HR administrators for understanding the process to complete documentation. It's very user friendly and simple to understand. Also, all my status was in one place, no surfing and finding different emails for the same. All things are in a place. ADP Onboarding enables a fluent streamlined process for onboarding new hires. It is very useful and I really liked it because it automatically provides the necessary information and removes the unnecessary paperwork which was needed before. Since ADP is such a big organization, they kept transferring responsibilities or asks from one team to another. We worked on a 6-month implementation timeline, and before even letting us know if work was to be done, they straight up threatened with the risk of project failure.
