What do you like best about ADP Onboarding?

As an end-user sales rep who uses ADP Onboarding, I don't ask a lot from this tool, but it does everything I need it to. I like that it is clean-looking and easy to use. The interface is very responsive and the information is well-organized. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about ADP Onboarding?

Although I don't fault ADP, there is a good amount of overlap with some of our other tools. One thing that seems out of date is the reports section under "Reports & Analytics" where I can run reports. As an end-user, I have no need to run reports and they all show up blank anyway. What problems is ADP Onboarding solving and how is that benefiting you?

ADP Onboarding organizes all my company information such as my timecard, vacation balance, pay statements, company policies, personal information, directory, org chart, calendar, and reports & analytics. What do you like best about ADP Onboarding?

It is relatively user friendly. We have found that employees find it easier to use a desktop rather than a mobile device or tablet. Which is tough for some individuals in our industry. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about ADP Onboarding?

My only dislike is the mobile experience through the app. Some documents you upload in the onboarding packet do no always render correctly. I have reported issues of employees having issues with the initial registration process. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

A great platform that companies can widely in the organization for the onboarding process of new employees. We can create our profiles and can also meet other employees by looking at their profiles. We can complete all the paperwork electronically in the ADP regarding Form 16, Tax Details, emergency contacts, documents, etc., without connecting to Admin and HR multiple times.
