**What do you like best about ADP Onboarding?**

I pretty much cannot state anything I liked. I wish I had not onboarded with ADP.

**What do you dislike about ADP Onboarding?**

The reps were pretty rude. Since ADP is such a big organization, they kept transferring responsibilities or asks from one team to another. We worked on a 6-month implementation timeline, and before even letting us know if work was to be done, they straight up threatened with the risk of project failure.

**What problems is ADP Onboarding solving and how is that benefiting you?**

ADP helped us move from a PEO to bring payroll and HRIS inhouse.
