Different templates are built in depedning on the country. These take into account the tax rules and automates muh of the process. For a global company with over 9,000 staff this alone makes it the tool of choice. The fact we have one global platform for payroll also enables us to align processes and procedures. I also find the UI fresh, modern, clear on my eyes and enjoyable to use. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What do you dislike about ADP GlobalView Payroll? It is a complex implementation for us which makes it sticky i.e. difficult to move away from. It is great that it is a stable and reliable platform but it lacks some of the customization features in newer platforms. I can't change the dashboard for example. The heavy lifting of overseeing differences in tax rules and regs in different countries is taken care of by the system. It also generates annual tax statements which are available to each user. These are based on the data the system holds from the previous 12 months. This frees up staff time because we can spot check rather than annnual manual porcesses. I use ADP to view and manage my payroll-related documents. It’s one of the most polished apps I’ve used in the HR space. Rather than presenting everything as a boring PDF, the dashboard typically gives a clear overview, including a nice pie chart that shows where your money went. ADP GlobalView Payroll has significantly reduced the time and effort I used to spend on payroll tasks. Previously, I had to manually track hours, calculate pay, and manage various administrative steps that were both time-consuming and prone to error. ADP has automated many of those tasks, especially when it comes to managing hourly employees—something that used to be a major challenge. Now, everything from time tracking to payroll submission is streamlined and centralized in one easy-to-use platform. We've been using ADP GlobalView Payroll to manage payroll across multiple countries, and it has proven to be a robust and scalable platform. This is a major advantage for organizations operating globally. The interface is clean and functional, though there’s a slight learning curve initially—especially for administrators. However, once familiar, it becomes easy to navigate and efficient for processing payroll cycles. The ability to generate detailed reports and access historical payroll data is very helpful for audits and compliance. Customer support is responsive and knowledgeable, though at times ticket resolutions can take longer than expected depending on the region. Recently, I switched to new UI provided by the adp and I feel now it's very good, it increased user experience a lot and navigations across the application is good. Even in the new UI there is a lot of things to work on user experience and it's very difficult to use the app's tax calculator as it didn't provide me the correct information at any time.
