The best thing about ADP is payroll activities can be handled in one place. You can easily track leaves, time short, holidays with one click. Color marking linked with all exercises makes it easy to track. You can also track your punch time, daily attendance, timestamp on the same page. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Many functions are inactive. It's not user-friendly; you need to train yourself before using this software in a better way. Many operations need to be incorporated to make a single platform for all the payroll-related activities. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about ADP Global Payroll?

ADP Global Payroll is the best to save both time and money.

It helps to reduce time complexity and understanding of the tax-related guidelines during Tax Declaration and proof submission.

It has below sections of features like :

1.) Dashboard: To view all your details about money, compensation, tax declaration, salary slip, etc.

2.) MyDeclaration: Here, you can declare your yearly investments, accordingly the software will generate the forms like 12BA, Tax Computation Statement, etc. for you.

3.) MyPay: Here, you can check your monthly income and deductions done with all the details. It has a great feature to compare salaries and generates a pi-graph and bar graph.

4.) MyForms: Here, you can generate forms like - Income Tax computation, FBP Prorata report, Advancedclaim report, Form 12BA, Form 16 Part A,B

5.) HR : This section is specially designed for HR department where they can manage and track, Hiring, release management, books, training calenders, corporate training managemant and complicance tracking

6.) Time: Here, you can mange your daily timesheet and vacation and leave records.

According to my experience with ADP GlobalView Payroll software it is a must have in the bucket list of every organization. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering ADP Global Payroll:

I would recommend them to go for it without thinking, it's best and has all features that need every small to Big size employment firm. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is ADP Global Payroll solving and how is that benefiting you?

As an employee, I use this software for the below activities :

1) Managing my investment declarations

2) Generating payslips

3) Payment calculations on a pro-rata basis

4) Time and attendance management and submitting leave application, applying for IJP and resignations

5) Getting tax forms like Form-16 part A, B

6) Managing and amending personal details.

7) Changing default insurance plans and opting for a higher insurance plan

8) Generating reports for salary increments and time-off

9) Changing the salary account details

10) Finding the assigned training and compliance issues, if any.

As an HR I can perform the below activities though I am not from the HR department but I have seen them in use from others :

1) Assigning compliance trainings and courses to employees

2) Adding profiles for Interview and a complete end-to-end process definition for hiring new talent

3) Defining and Posting Open positions across the organization

4) Managing resignations and payroll processing
