The new features combined contribute to a more efficient and effective HR function, which is a significant advantage for many organizations Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I do not dislike anything about ADP services. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

ADP does everything pretty well and is extraordinary at payroll. Having all of our systems in one place makes life much easier. Their customer service is great and having a dedicated relationship manager makes life easier. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The one con is that ADP offers a wide range of modules, but lacks flexibility. Overall, I would highly recommend ADP CS. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
A team dedicated to your organization. This is very helpful for dealing with ongoing topics that require research. All the representatives are very patient in helping to resolve issues. They are easily available for calls, and promptly set up meeting if needed. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Response times can lag, and tax services could be improved. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

As an HR Administractor, I appreciate Comp Services having the full cycle of employment available. The dedicated support team is awesome. I have never called in and spoken with someone who was not able to help me. Their customer support is Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The implementation was long. When connecting benefit carriers, you are quoted an estimated 12 weeks once all plans are built out. Ours has taken even longer. It does pose set back and double the work to have to track employee enrollment in multiple places. It is my understanding that some of the timeframe is on the carrier's end. This would not deter me from comp services because once it is set up, onboarding is streamlined but it has been a major set back, process, department, employee onboarding wise. I really like the dashboards for HR, Payroll, Benefits, and 401k. Everything in one place makes for smooth processing. Customer service is really important, and I appreciate the timely responses to our service requests. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I don't have any complaints at this time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The platform allows for a lot of interaction from the end user and administrator perspective. The more robust the system becomes overtime, the better equipped it will be as a "one stop shop" for client needs. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The reporting features could be easier to use. An example would be comparing ReportSmith vs reports in Comp Services requires more keyword searches or toggling back and forth to find the information a user is looking for. Custom report building is complicated. In ReportSmith I could build custom reports in my sleep. I spend countless hours trying to build custom reports to no avail. I love the customer service received from our Payroll Specialist Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The lack of control and the multiple specialized departments. The left hand does not talk to the right. Complete hands off approach from the HRBP Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I love our assigned HR BP contact the most! She is always very responsive and helpful. She has helped me when I've faced struggles with getting responses from contacts in other areas of ADP WFN during and after implementation. She has truly been a life saver! I have had many wonderful experiences with ADP in the past, but have had some struggles with the most recent ADP implementation. My company switched to ADP WFN from Paychex Flex instead of ADP Vanatge as I would've preferred due to downsizing. making us ineligible for Vantage. Our company is on the smaller size for now until we ramp up hiring in the next 1-2 years. I struggled with the Benefits implementation due to the assigned Benefits implementation specialist having lack of communication and taking months to complete simple tasks for us. I had no issues with ADP implementations in the past (been through a few) and think of this issue as a one off. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
They are very good at answering questions that we know to ask. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
They do require that you have a base level of knowledge to effectively use them. It is a "ask us and we will help" model vs a white glove service that tells you before you know you even need it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
