"ADP for the Win!"

What do you like best about ADP Comprehensive Services?

I love our assigned HR BP contact the most! She is always very responsive and helpful. She has helped me when I've faced struggles with getting responses from contacts in other areas of ADP WFN during and after implementation. She has truly been a life saver! What do you dislike about ADP Comprehensive Services?

I have had many wonderful experiences with ADP in the past, but have had some struggles with the most recent ADP implementation. My company switched to ADP WFN from Paychex Flex instead of ADP Vanatge as I would've preferred due to downsizing. making us ineligible for Vantage. Our company is on the smaller size for now until we ramp up hiring in the next 1-2 years. I struggled with the Benefits implementation due to the assigned Benefits implementation specialist having lack of communication and taking months to complete simple tasks for us. I had no issues with ADP implementations in the past (been through a few) and think of this issue as a one off. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering ADP Comprehensive Services:

I would recommend ADP Vantage as it is a very robust program that allows for customization in Time & Attendance via ADP eTime which is basically Kronos inside of ADP. ADP has a variety of platforms to choose from that can accomodate any company regadless of size. Overall, ADP is the best in the industry for HR, Payroll, Benefits and Talent Management! What problems is ADP Comprehensive Services solving and how is that benefiting you?

ADP helps businesses of all sizes solve HR and payroll challenges by providing expert guidance and support. My company switched from Paychex Flex to ADP WFN earlier this year and the service has been amazing! What do you like best about ADP Comprehensive Services?

They do require that you have a base level of knowledge to effectively use them. It is a "ask us and we will help" model vs a white glove service that tells you before you know you even need it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Really run them through countless scenarios before you commit. There will be a lot of "Yes, but..." answers that you may have thought they would run with the whole thing via the sales process. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is ADP Comprehensive Services solving and how is that benefiting you?

We had the need to outsource our Payroll function after COVID. We now had employees in too many states to keep track effectively ourselves. We were also growing very near 100 employees and wanted to get compliance control before we met that threshold. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"ADP- A clear winner"

What do you like best about ADP Comprehensive Services?

The user friendly site. If I cannot figure something out it is easy to troubleshoot either on my own or by going to helpful links. There are several vidoes and SOP's available and even a dedicated team that is not a long hold time away that can walk me through just about anything. There have been very few times that I do not get an answer to a questions right away. When I do not get the answer right away, it is wiithing 24 hours. This is in more complex situations. What do you dislike about ADP Comprehensive Services?

HR and alalytics is my favorite part. It helps so much with reporting and data sharing with our leadership team in a cohesive manner. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is ADP Comprehensive Services solving and how is that benefiting you?

I have used ADP in many of my roles throughout my career. Currently I am using this as the Director of HR and have the privelage of using many of the features available. Those features incude WFN (Workforce Now) suite including payroll, HR, Analytics, Reporting, REcruting, Onboarding, Benefits, Self Service open enrollment, background checks, ACA compliance, DATA cloud, handbook writing, and so much more. Being able to reach out to dedicated members at ADP to resolve issues and learn new things has been invaluable. It has saved a ton of time of waiting on the phone to get answers that we need. We have been with ADP Workforce Now for almost a year and I have come to use many of the services offered. The chat option has been a huge help for myself and my manager and the additional assistance provided to me and our company has been amazing!
