The accessibility of the site feels very comfortable for newer users. Not all HRIS systems feel that way. I was able to pick it up and understand the functions pretty quickly. We were using it for applicant tracking and Talent acquisition which helped a lot to get our company staffed to a comfortable amount. It helped continue the ease with hiring into the future.
