**What do you like best about ADP Total Absence Management?**

The accessibility of the site feels very comfortable for newer users. Not all HRIS systems feel that way. I was able to pick it up and understand the functions pretty quickly.

**What do you dislike about ADP Total Absence Management?**

I had a few not-so-great experiences with their Customer service. They made it extremely difficult to collect information to help do what they wanted me to do.

**What problems is ADP Total Absence Management solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We were using it for applicant tracking and Talent acquisition which helped a lot to get our company staffed to a comfortable amount. It helped continue the ease with hiring into the future.
