I do not like the high cost of this product and I also hate the customer support as you usually get a new account manager every 6 months as they quit due to being over worked. It is difficult to create reports or add new earning codes to the system. I am not a big fan of this product when you can get easier to use products such as paycor. Also the interface into Abila MIP was poor as you had to download the data and then make manual manipulations as opposed to a natural interface to our accounting system. It is easy to use and has plenty of features available. Also, whenever you need help, you can reach out to their customer support team, who will walk you through everything you need. There are also plenty of resources and help documents available, with FAQs. They also have the ability to create custom reports and make automated features on the time card available if needed.
