Adoptiv is a telephony-first sales CRM built for outbound sales teams, call centers, BPOs, and sales-driven SMBs. It combines a native cloud dialer, CRM, and AI-powered automation into a single platform, eliminating the need to switch between multiple tools. Every call is automatically logged to the correct contact, with real-time transcription, AI-generated summaries, sentiment analysis, and recommended next steps captured directly in the CRM. The platform includes outbound dialing features such as auto dialing, voicemail and answering machine detection, screen-pop customer context, and intelligent call routing. Teams can manage unlimited pipelines, deals, activities, custom fields, and dashboards while tracking performance through real-time analytics and wallboards. With built-in compliance tools, AI Voice Agents, integrations, APIs, and human support, Adoptiv helps sales teams spend less time on admin work and more time closing deals.
