About your account status: as previously communicated via email, your account was effectively cancelled on December 19, 2024, and no active services, data, or charges remained. A minimal set of data was retained temporarily only while the support ticket was still open, and later permanently deleted on October 24, 2025, in full compliance with data protection regulations. At the first setup, I contacted support for a cache problem. They responded immediately, with immediate and super satisfying support.
