Meanwhile, I asked them to close my account, if it doesn't detect all the cookies, what's the point? I made the request in December 2024, they replied that the account had been deleted. Regarding the scanner and cookie detection: AdOpt identifies only the tags and cookies that are actually active on the website. Configurations within Google Tag Manager or external tools remain fully under the customer’s control, as we do not have access to your website or GTM environment. Still, our technical team investigated the case and worked to find the cause and support you in resolving the issue. About your account status: as previously communicated via email, your account was effectively cancelled on December 19, 2024, and no active services, data, or charges remained. A minimal set of data was retained temporarily only while the support ticket was still open, and later permanently deleted on October 24, 2025, in full compliance with data protection regulations.
